Kevin Wirth Pro Bass Angler extraordinaire has decided to give up fishing, for the time being, “Maybe for a couple of years,” he said at the weigh-in, on stage at the 42nd bassmater Classic in Shreveport-Bossier Louisiana.
Wirth grew up on roller skates, his father owned a roller skating rink in Pensacola Florida. With that he turned into a speed skater and became two-time national champion at the tender age of 11. His father was also a well respected horse trainer, Kevin’s next endeavor was horse racing.
